Country Dancing Festival information

16.05.13
Dear Parent/carer
We are getting really excited about St. Fagan’s and are working hard on learning all the dances! It will take place on Saturday 8th June, 2013 from 10.15 am to 12.30pm. If it’s a lovely day feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy the facilities after the festival too! Dancing will begin at 10.15 and if the weather is good will take place on the Tannery field which will be well signposted from the entrance gate. Please arrive between 9.30 and 9.45 for registration. If the weather is wet the festival will still go ahead. The dancing will take place in the Oakdale institute which again will be signposted. As we are unable to accommodate all the schools in Oakdale at the same time there will be two dance sessions. Pontyclun Primary’s session will be in Group A at 10.15-11.15 am. Please could you arrive 15 minutes early to register.
If you have any problems or queries, please come and see me or contact me on 07900 918477.  Please complete the form below and return it to me or Mrs Brown as soon as possible in order for us assess how many children are coming and to get their costumes ready (they will be given out on Thursday 6th June). Please ensure your child attends every Thursday session between now and then so they feel confident to participate in and enjoy all the dances on offer.
Many thanks,
Mrs Abel
