Football Success

A huge well done to the football teams that took part in the New Directions' Football tournament. Both teams played excellent football in the right spirit. The girls made it to the semi final before losing to the eventual winners 1-0. The boys won their tournament (on penalties in the final). Well done to both teams you played amazingly well (both teams only conceding 1 goal all day), you are a credit to the school with your attitudes and sportsmanship.

World Book Day

World book day at Pontyclun Primary School is always a great occasion in the school calendar. We dress up as our favourite book characters, swap books and celebrate our love of reading.

Yr 3 Visit to Castell Henllys

Dear Parents

Mr LLewellyn has just contacted us to say that they are now expecting to be back at the school premises at approximately 4.45 p.m. and not 4.30 p.m. as originally stated.

Please can you not park outside the library area as the bus will need renough space to park so that the children can safely alight from the bus.

Thank you for your continuing co-operation.

Miss S Harwood
