School Closure

Dear Parents

Due to the conditions of the roads around Pontyclun, I have decided to close the school. Please can you make arrangements to pick up your child/children as soon as possible.

May I take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Christmas Concert - Extra Performance

03 December 2010

Dear Parents

Due to an exceptionally high demand for Christmas concert tickets with the Infants, we will be adding an additional day of Monday, 6th December starting at approximately 1.30 p.m.

These tickets will be available for any families who have not yet managed to secure any tickets. Tickets for this performance will be available from the office on Friday 3rd December.

I apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause but we had hoped that the Grandparents’ concert would alleviate the high demand for tickets. As it stands at the moment 750 tickets have been allocated and the additional performance will mean 1000 tickets will have been made available for the Infants.

Thank for your understanding and patience in this matter.

We will, of course, review our ticket allocation system for next year.

Yours sincerely
