Skiing trip

Dear Parents

Mr Llewellyn has just rung school to inform us that they are safely back on British soil after having had a good crossing. Their estimated time of arrival back at school is between 2 and 3 this afternoon.

However, Mr Llewellyn has said that he will let us know when they are at the Severn Bridge crossing, where we should be able to give you a better estimation of their arrival.

All the pupils are well fed, happy and looking forward to a full day of skiing tomorrow and swimming afterwards. What a start to 2010

2010 has been a fantastic year so far for music , drama and the arts. We were treated to a fantastic pantomime in February by the entire Junior department. Early March always brings about our St. David's Day festivities. Every child in the school took part in one, or more, of our Eisteddfod competitions: written poetry, writing, handwriting, art, singing, performance poetry (Welsh and English) and an instrumental competition. Staff have once again been amazed by the amount of talent on show. Certificates were given to all competition winners and runners up, congratulations to certificate holders, and a huge well done to every child in the school for taking part.
